This is pretty revolutionary. I can honestly say I've not seen any facial animation as crisp and emotive as this in a game; ever. Remarkable stuff.

Seriously cannot wait for this game.
I saw this recently aswell, I hope it roles in a new era of story driven games. I'd like to know how much of the mesh is actually affected by the face-cap and how much is tex etc. It's cool they have to dress up to record. The graphical quality's nice too, I easily recognized a few actors.
